Staging a Home for Sale
Everything you need to know about staging
a home for sale all in one place!
Did you ever wonder why some homes sell more quickly than others that seemed to be comparable in size, price and value?
The difference between which home sells and which home sits on the market for a while might be attributed to other factors such as how the home "feels" to prospective buyers. Does it feel spacious? warm and welcoming? clean and well-kept? Does it seem like a place where the potential home buyer can build a life, not assume the sellers' life?
Home staging has become a new tool that sellers and agents use for marketing a home. You can compare it to "packaging" of a consumer good such as cereal. The most appealing picture and box of cereal gets the purchase assuming its a good value and meets the taste expectation of the consumer.

In staging, we prefer to take care of the functionality of the home first and make sure everything works properly. So we take care of the "health" of the home in our Step 1 which is
